Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital to host joint-replacement session

JERSEY SHORE, Pa. – Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital will host a free community joint-replacement session on Tuesday, June 18, from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. in the hospital community room.
Dr. Thomas Connolly, M.D., will discuss the nonsurgical and surgical treatment options for joint pain, including a discussion about common conditions and joint replacement surgery.
Dr. Connolly specializes in knee and hip care, including nonsurgical treatments and total or partial joint replacements. He treats athletic injuries and provides other orthopaedic services including hand and wrist care, foot care/podiatry, pediatric orthopaedics and concussion evaluations.
