Eugene Arnone

Eugene Arnone was appointed to the Geisinger Health Board of Directors in October 2015. Mr. Arnone serves as vice chair of the Governance Committee and is a member on the Audit and Compliance, Finance and Emergency Action committees of the board.

Mr. Arnone currently serves on the AtlantiCare System Board, and was hospital chairman from 2004 until 2007 and system chairman from 2011 to 2017. He has been a trustee of the board since 2004 and was chairman and treasurer of AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Board of Governors from 1998 to 2007.

Mr. Arnone is the owner of Arnone Associates LLC, a small business consulting firm in Northfield, N.J., since 1998. He was the co-founder and owner of Kaden Arnone Associates (KA), a healthcare financial consulting firm, which operated under his leadership from 1978 through 1998.

Mr. Arnone previously served on several boards including Total Living Center Inc. from 1988 to 1992, an emeritus board member of the ARC of Atlantic County since 2009, chairman from 2006 to 2008, capital campaign chairman from 2011 to 2012 and board member from 1990 to 2012. He also served on the American Hospital Association’s Committee on Governance from 2007 to 2010.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C., and earned his MBA from New York University, New York, N.Y.

Mr. Arnone resides with his wife Cindy in Northfield, N.J.
