Geisinger Gold reminder: Refill prescriptions over the phone

Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) conducts a variety of phone outreaches throughout the year as helpful reminders to our members.

We are currently calling Geisinger Gold members to remind them of prescriptions that are due to be refilled.

It is an automated call that asks you to verify your date of birth by entering it into the phone. If you receive one of these phone calls, please wait to enter your response until the recording has finished.

If you have service-related questions or would like to stop the automated reminder calls, please call Customer Service. Your plan’s toll-free phone number and hours of operation are on your Member ID card.
