We need your help completing the prescription drug data collection (RxDC) requirements for calendar year 2023. The Consolidated Appropriation Act of 2021 requires insurance companies and employer-based health plans to submit information about prescription drug and health care spending to the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and Treasury.

Employer groups need to complete the online form to provide this information. This is applicable for groups enrolled in the following product types: 

• Affordable Care Act (ACA) 
• Administrative Services Only (ASO) 
• "Grandmothered” (KYP) 
• Geisinger Funding Alternative (GFA) 

Geisinger’s deadline to submit RxDC reporting is June 1, so you must complete this form by Tuesday, April 30. Failing to provide this information will result in your employer group being non-compliant.
