Need help paying for your health insurance plan? There are options to help you afford coverage.

Affordable Care Act subsidies

Individuals or families with an income under 400% of the federal poverty level (FPL), and are not otherwise eligible for Medicaid, are eligible for financial help (also known as subsidies) through the Affordable Care Act. 

Nearly 90% of current Geisinger Marketplace members qualified for financial help paying for their health insurance. To find out if you’re eligible for tax credits and to enroll in a Geisinger Marketplace plan, click here.

Other financial assistance

Pennsylvania’s Medical Assistance program has expanded, which means more financial assistance is available to more people. Eligibility is based on your household income and family size.
