Geisinger Health Plan Awards Employees for Service Excellence
DANVILLE, PA — Jamie Dodson, Chris Pagano, and Elliot Panitch received Geisinger Health Plan’s distinguished Service Excellence Award.
The biannual award is presented to three Health Plan employees who consistently demonstrate a commitment to excellence in service and quality, a positive attitude, teamwork and dedication to GHP’s initiatives.
Dodson began her career at GHP in 2011 as a Medicare Part D pharmacist. In 2014, she transitioned to the role of director of pharmacy services. She is responsible for fostering team work within the pharmacy department, providing direction and guidance, and developing strategies for department growth.
Pagano started his career at GHP in 2012 as a provider relations representative and the following year was promoted to network account manager. He is currently the senior account manager where he is responsible for negotiating, developing, and leading strategic initiatives for unit cost management, working on educational and strategical initiatives for quality programs, value based purchasing, and network expansions.
Panitch joined GHP as a community relations representative in 2012. He is responsible for presenting information about Geisinger Gold Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare in general, meeting individually with prospective members, and representing GHP at community events such as health fairs and senior expos.
