Are those survey calls really from GHP?
Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) conducts a variety of phone and email surveys throughout the year to identify ways we can improve the experience of our members. We appreciate your participation in these short surveys.
We are currently calling GHP Family members ages 18 to 21 and the parents or guardians of children ages 6 to 9 to inform them of the importance of annual wellness visits and routine dental care as well as identify any barriers preventing them from scheduling appointments.
We also want to let you know that Geisinger will send you a gift card just for going to the dentist or having an annual wellness visit. These are automated calls and may take up to six weeks to complete.
