Geisinger Health Plan’s CFO featured in latest Roadtrip Nation video

Last July, a 38-foot, neon green RV rolled its way into Geisinger Health Plan’s the parking lot. Three college students stepped out with the hope of finding an answer to one question, “What should I do with my life?”

Roadtrip Nation, an organization based out of Costa Mesa, California, made that cross-country trip last year to Danville, Pennsylvania, to interview Kurt Wrobel, GHP’s chief financial officer and chief actuary, about his personal and professional path in the health insurance industry.

Wrobel’s interview debuted Thursday, Oct. 18 as part of Roadtrip Nation’s newest series, “Risk & Reward.” The series features three college students – Alain, Gaby and Jenna – interviewing insurance professionals as they look forward to starting their own careers.
