Geisinger Gold Classic (HMO) plans
Our Classic plans offer:

• Comprehensive, affordable protection
• Predictable out-of-pocket costs
• A primary care physician coordinates medical care, including covered services such as hospitalization, routine office visits, physicals, immunizations, diagnostic tests and X-rays
• Prescription drug coverage included in most plans. Generic drug co-pays start at only $3
• Coverage for routine dental, vision and hearing services, as well as fitness benefits — something most other Medicare Advantage plans don’t offer

Geisinger Gold Preferred (PPO) plans
Our Preferred plans offer:

• Predictable costs
• The freedom to choose any doctor or hospital, without the need for a primary care physician or referrals
• Covered services from in-network or out-of-network providers at the same price
• Prescription drug coverage included in most plans. Generic drug co-pays start at only $3
• Coverage for routine dental, vision and hearing services, as well as fitness benefits — something most other Medicare Advantage plans don’t offer

Geisinger Gold Secure (HMO SNP) plan

• A special needs plan for people who meet certain income or needs-based criteria — if you’re fully eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid, Geisinger Gold Secure may be right for you
• Prescription drug coverage included in most plans. Generic drug co-pays start at only $3
• Coverage for routine dental, vision and hearing services, as well as fitness benefits — something most other Medicare Advantage plans don’t offer
