Cooking demonstration: Eating healthy on a budget

Geisinger Health Plan is offering a no-cost cooking demonstration. Join Janet Milner, RDN, LDN, CDE to learn about eating healthy on a budget and how to put together delicious recipes. During the demonstration you'll enjoy some healthy samples and leave with new recipes to try at home. Registration is required. To register, call the wellness department at 866-415-7138.
