A new look for member ID cards

Exciting news! Our Geisinger Health Plan member ID cards are sporting a new look.

With a fresh redesign, the new cards showcase a cleaner, more organized look, making it easier for you to find the information you need quickly.

What’s on my card?

Information on your card will remain the same with one exception. Your primary care site name has been removed from the new cards. This does not include Geisinger Gold. The primary care site name will remain on Geisinger Gold member ID cards.

How can I find my primary care site?

If you receive a new card and do not know what your primary care site is, visit our online member portal at GeisingerHealthPlan.com or call the customer service number on the back of your member ID card.

When will I receive my new card?

A new member ID card will be printed and mailed following your insurance renewal time.
