Coverage questions

Do employees need to seek services only with Geisinger-owned providers and facilities?
No. Geisinger Health Plan’s network offers access to 31,000 providers, including 110 hospitals and more than 50 urgent and convenient care locations, along with access to emergency care anywhere in the world. Search for providers.

What if I have employees who live out of state or out of Geisinger Health Plan’s service area?
We may have options available for employees who reside out of the Geisinger Health Plan service. Call us at 800-554-4907 to discuss.

How do I add employees to my plan? 
To add employees to an employer-sponsored plan, use the Marketplace Subscriber Application. This document is available on our Applications and Forms page.

How do I remove employees from my plan? 
Fill out the Enrollment Application Change Form.

How do I add dependents to my plan?
Use the Enrollment Application Change Form.
